[Building Sakai] Documentation of Resources tool

1. I need to extend Resources tool to accomodate one more
tree(containing items from another system) and I need documentation of
this tool in order to know where to start from, can anyone send me
something like "Full Resources tool documentation".

I read about mountpoint functionality in Resources tool, is this a
