[Building Sakai] q2-us now running 2.6.x r66089

As a partial proof of concept of my "layers" proposal:

a known revision (r66089) of the 2.6.x maint branch has been 
deployed on qa2-us, the community QA server running here at 
Columbia.

It is deployed from this special "2.6.x-qa" branch:

https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/branches/sakai-2.6.x-qa

which will be updated from time to time with a known, trackable 
revision.
