[Building Sakai] unable to upload files in the sites

Hi Friends,


Whenever I am trying to upload a file (a PDF format) of size more than one
M.B. then it shows message "unable to upload file" while on the other hand
at time of uploading the file it is showing that you can only update file of
20 M.B. at one time.


please suggest me some way to avoid such type of problem during uploading.
