[Building Sakai] DropBox tool is missing and Resources tool shows blank page

I did checkout from
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/tags/sakai-2.6.0 and built and
deployed Sakai into Tomcat. But DropBox tool is missing from "Edit Tools"
page in "Site Info" tool. When I click on Resources tool link - a blank page
is shown
