[Building Sakai] duplicated "osp.matrix.evaluate" realm function in !admin interface?

In 2.6.x we're seeing "osp.matrix.evaluate" duplicated in the !admin
realms tool -- any ideas why this might be?

We use browser-search to look for "osp.matrix.evaluate" and it finds
both of them. there are no stray spaces to account for...?
