[Building Sakai] Change the Site URL

Hi steve...

No, I don't mean the siteid... I'll try explain again. 
When you duplicate a site and you come in options of a content, so you
have a link to repository. I don't know if that is a specific tool or a
sakai tool. Then I'll put a picture to try explain.

Look at URL, I'm try change that URL, cause if I change the link,
probably the database will be small. 
I think that tool is in CONTENT_COLLECTION table. If I get sucess to
change that link, I don't need duplicate a site, only copy and change
the URL to a default repository.
Have you gotten it? I hope so.
