[Building Sakai] Making provisional tools visible

Hi all,

  I have a source install of sakai 2.5.4. I tried to make the podcasts
(sakai.podcasts) tool visible by entering the following lines in
sakai.properties but in vain:

visibleTools at org.sakaiproject.tool.api.ActiveToolManager=sakai.podcasts 
hiddenTools at org.sakaiproject.tool.api.ActiveToolManager=sakai.site.roster,sakai.search,sakai.messagecenter,blogger,sakai.rutgers.linktool,sakai.rutgers.testlink,sakai.postem

  Is this the right approach?
