[Building Sakai] how to build link to internal tool sakai 2.4

Hi everybody

How to build link to internal tool sakai 2.4 ,I* *would know like add a link
im my tool to a AccountUser  Tool  that change User information, in site API
there was a findTool that has like parameter Id Tool. How to get ID of tool
,then search a url of tool.
