[Building Sakai] Mailtool sending blank messages

Bob,

I have tested with Sakai 2.5.x tag + default mailtool setting (with valid
smtp server) on Ubuntu linux. I don't see any problem with this setting.
Most likely ... there would be a problem in smtp server. BTW I have never
tried with Postfix. Need more evidence... hmm
