[Building Sakai] Sakai and Java/Tomcat

As I understand it, tomcat5 comes with shared.loader set and tomcat6  
does not.  And I think if I remember the history correctly, it was set  
on tomcat5 because of the outcry when tomcat5 came out in beta.  I  
guess they are trying to wean people off shared.
