[Building Sakai] Is anybody storing resource bodies in database?

At UC Merced, we are storing resources in the database. We are running
rSmart CLE 2.5.2.

We plan to move to filesystem-based storage, but not right away.

I don't know whether we are using XML serialization. We've been
running this instance of Sakai since before 2.5.
