[Building Sakai] Online lecture

Hello ALL, I am trying to build agora. but i am unable to download
sakai-wicket artifact !

is there any solution?

  Alternatively, if you host your own repository you can deploy the file
there:
      mvn deploy:deploy-file -DgroupId=org.sakaiproject
-DartifactId=sakai-wicket -Dversion=M2 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=/path/
o/file -Durl=[url] -DrepositoryId=[id]

  Path to dependency:
