[Building Sakai] Melete 2.6 upgrade ddl?

Hi,

There was a small database change on melete_user_preference from
2.5->2.6. The table you are missing (melete_site_preference) looks
like it was was added in 2.4->2.5. (melete25_upgrade.sql)
