[Building Sakai] CSS Background-image not displaying

Hi 

I have various CSS values that requires setting the background-image to an
image namely background-image: url(images/Rightside2.jpg) where images is a
directory in the tool project. My setting is

    background-image: url(images/Rightside2.jpg);

    background-repeat: repeat-x;


None of the settings work.

Is there something I'm missing? Is there a workaround?
