[Building Sakai] Rwiki reversion: SAK-15866

Hi All,

As discussed earlier, we are rolling rwiki back (see
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.cms.sakai.qa/2138) , as we have been
unable to get the HTML editing functionality to work properly.

Steve Swinberg has completed the work of updating the 2-5-x code base
(http://jira.sakaiproject.org/jira/browse/SAK-15866) and we're now ready
to move things round to get this in 2-6-x. I will be:

1) Moving rwiki trunk branches/trunk_abandoned_SAK-15866
2) Moving the SAK-15866 branch to trunk
3) creating a new 2-6-x branch based on the SAK-15866 branch
