[Building Sakai] SAK-15867 not fixed: "View Site As" featuredoesn't revert to owner view at logout

I am currently swamped with some local enhancements, but think I'll be 
able to look into this and fixing it as early as next week.  If that's 
not soon enough someone else can feel free to tackle it.
