[Building Sakai] Melete for Sakai 2.6.x

This is already done, Jean-Francois - over 10 days ago (a branch was created
and this was shared with the sakai-dev list). Not sure why my below reply to
the dev list took so long to get posted. It's very old. 

David Roldan Martinez had been assigned this work (MEL 2.6 for Sak 2.6). He
is a regular contributor to Melete. We'll share his work when it's done.
