[Building Sakai] Schema changes in 2-6-x (SAKAI_EVENT_DELAY, SAK-15910)

Hi all,

If you are working with a 2-6-x build please note that there are schema changes in this revision for SAK-15910

merged to 2-6-x, in the SAKAI_EVENT_DELAY table.

As 2.6.0 has not yet been released and this is a new table in 2.6, there are no conversion scripts from the older 2-6-x schema. Please drop this table from your builds and let autoddl recreate it, or recreate the table from the relevant sql file in the source (content/content-impl-providers/impl/src/sql/...) or the 2.5 > 2.6 conversion script.
