[Building Sakai] File Upload Size

Hi,

Someone on Windows might be able to help you but AFAIK just set the  
max_allowed_packet param in my.ini to the value you want.
ie max_allowed_packet=32M

Those other ones (small, huge etc) are just sample config files.

Restart MySQL afterwards.
