[Building Sakai] File Upload Size

Hello All,
I m facing problem in file upload.
I increased the the size in properties file from 20M to 1000M.

But still it is giving the exception.
It shows max upload limit as 1000M on upload page.

I think it may be related to MySQL cache memory or something like
that.........!
Can any one tell me the solution plz?
