[Building Sakai] Help link

There is no way to disable the help link -- it is automatically added  
to all pages. You can modify the following 2.5.x files to optionally  
remove the Help link if (! loggedIn):

  portal/.../CharonPortal.java, portal/.../SkinnableCharonPortal.java,  
portal/.../handlers/WorksiteHandler.java
