[Building Sakai] Creating new language profile

Hi all,

We're looking at creating a Canadian English locale preference in Sakai. 
Our strategy right now is to copy all en_GB translations to en_CA, then 
work from there.

Does anyone have any tips (or reference) for adding a new Locale into the 
Sakai preferences?
