[sakai-core-team] Survey from Atlassian

Hi Sakai core team,

Scalability, stability, speed of Jira using different options (creating
Jiras, editing, searching, browsing projects, etc.).

Atlassian has provided a survey. AFAICT our Jira behaves very well for our
community's needs. Are any of you aware of areas of performance issues?
I'll take that into account in answering the survey.
