[sakai-core-team] Thursday Morning Meetings

I *believe* 10AM Tuesday was the weekly QA meeting, and 10AM Wednesday was
the T&L meeting. 10AM was usually picked as an ideal time to both pick up
Europe and give the west coast a chance to call in (though I don't think
anyone ever really does)

Locally at Longsight we have no meetings 10AM Thursday, but 10AM other days
including Tuesday could be an occasional conflict for me (or Sam) if we
have to jump in. I'd say the best other 10AM is Friday, but there's the T&L
meeting then. Hard to pick a day!

I could see maybe rather than a 2 hour straight meeting the first Thursday
of the month we could have that extra hour some other first day/time of the
month, so at least people that can't make 10AM Thursdays are able to make
one call a month? But it wouldn't be exactly the same as we try to use that
time for issue review rather than general discussion, so things would be
missed.
