[sakai-core-team] CLOG

Can we move CLOG master under the Sakai project, now we're all happy in
git-ville? I'd say it has enough adoption now to be considered part of the
project, but I am biased. I'd keep maintaining the 10.x branch in my repo
until we migrated the branches in.
