[sakai-core-team] Name of Apereo Google group

Hi Sakai Core team,

When we create the Sakai core team google group it will be called
sakai-core at apereo.org instead of sakai-core-team at apereo.org

Just giving everyone a heads up. Still being targeted for this week.
