[sakai-core-team] [sakai-pmc] Sakai VC contribution to development

Do you anticipate raising sufficient funds from virtual conference
registration fees to fund the winning new feature/enhancement? If not, how
do you plan to augment the funding? Most of the items on the wish list are
neither small in scope nor simple to implement. Second, do you plan to bid
out the winning feature enhancement? If so, how will that work? If not,
why not? Third, if I sign up for the virtual conference knowing in advance
that my registration fee is being used to fund future Sakai development, am
I making a tax-deductible charitable contribution?
