1) I would say MySQL 5.1+ instead of listing specific versions

2) "or behind a proxying load-balancer like Apache 2 or Nginx"

3) "pushing configuration information" => I don't think "configuration" is
the correct word.  Maybe just refer to enrollment and course information
directly.

"Any of Sakai's APIs" .... not entirely accurate unless you're alluding to
what is possible with some dev work.  "Many Sakai APIs"?

REST and SOAP

4) Yeah, any tools that we deprecated should be mentioned.

5) SAM-658 I don't see anything special/interesting here that needs to be
mentioned.
