[sakai-core-team] Quick proposal: we change default colors for Sakai 10.0 release

I like the skin colors (for me always white and clear is great). But I look
at it and I feel that something is missing....mmmm.... and I think is the
font family. Maybe we need to change that. (and of course make all text to
be seen like this, tutorial, iframes,etc...)

Maybe this: 'Lucida Grande', 'Lucida Sans', 'Helvetica Neue', Verdana,
Arial, sans-serif;

Or any other more "modern". I like the new one in the sakaiproject site but
maybe is not free.

Here is a screenshot (some text have not changed yet, as the options menu,
but we can have an idea):
