[sakai-core-team] Quick proposal: we change default colors for Sakai 10.0 release

[Gonzalo Silverio]

Is in trunk as the default now. All suggestions / corrections very welcome.
Specially from those that configure the portal in exotic ways. There are a
number of permutations!
