[sakai-core-team] samigo 2.8 + updated cert for applet

Hi all,

Is the plan to make a new release of samigo 2.8? Or to just re-sign the
currently released jar and stick it in the maven repo?

I have the applet signed and ready to go, let me know what we want to do
here.
