[sakai-core-team] Configuring Jira to work with Github

Maybe. I do have access to a Wush server but not sure if that is the one on
which Jira is hosted. And my access is not working this morning anyway.
Several tickets into Wush. Given the holidays I suspect a few days for
response. :-)
