[sakai-core-team] Quick proposal: we change default colors for Sakai 10.0 release

+1  If there hasn't been any significant UI changes (like 2.8->2.9) that
distinguishes itself from the previous UI, then we should continue what 2.9
started and make a distinction.  I like the no-hassle approach Sam
suggested, but I too don't want to lose the blue, it's true, how about you?
(ha poet)    Maybe the icon would be the best way to preserve it.
