[sakai-core-team] Quick proposal: we change default colors for Sakai 10.0 release

I'd be happy if someone with design skills wanted to give a run at this.
 But I guess I was proposing that as a group without a ton of designers and
without a lot of time, that we find some easier way to quickly create a
distinct color palette before the release.
