[sakai-core-team] Quick proposal: we change default colors for Sakai 10.0 release

Problem: 2.9 and 10.0 look exactly the same.  We should do some tiny color
differentiation so that the 10.0 release looks distinct.

Proposal: Instead of getting involved in color choices and voting, we just
pick the most popular current color palette as voted on by lots of people
at the Adobe Kuler service:
