[sakai-core-team] [cle-release-team] OSP reverts

personally, I would be totally cool with temporarily removing the
contribs from experimental to give Andrea a chance to test, and then add
them back in. Of course, I'm not the one doing the work so I'm not sure
if this is feasible. I think Aaron mentioned this option on the Sakai
core team call.

To me, priorities are:

1) Get OSP reverts tested, even if it means a funky configuration of
nightly experimental

2) Get nightly experimental back to where it belongs, after OSP testing.

If we happen to get #1 and #2 at the same time, great! But if the
prioritization saves time (and not too much work for Greg, Matt, or
whoever) then that seems like the way to go.

imo.

Cheers,
Neal
