[sakai-core-team] cle-release-team at collab.sakaiproject.org

I received a request to create a core team list as a replacement for the
cle-release-team list.  The list
sakai-core-team at collab.sakaiproject.orghas been created and all
members of the
cle-release-team at collab.sakaiproject.org have been subscribed to the new
list.

The old cle-release-team will be retired later today; the archives will be
retained.
