[Deploying Sakai] Important - Please upgrade to Java 1.7.0_76

There was a serious and elusive problem with Sakai Assignments for which
apparently the root cause is a Java problem in versions earlier than
1.7.0_76 , or at least seen in _71 and _72.

Please upgrade to 1.7.0_76 and see details on the Jira [1].
