[Deploying Sakai] Sakai 10 QA testing status

In regards to:
 - Drag and Drop in Resources - this is a new feature. I believe
it only works in Chrome. Would be good to give this cool new feature a
workout.

My experience was that you could only drag and drop folders in Chrome, but
you could drag and drop batches of files in other browsers.
