Within Sakai LTI shows up several places (External Tools) - if you get a url, key, and secret from Icodon - you plug those into Sakai's External Tool and you can launch icodeon from Sakai.

It is not as rich of an integration as the one you mention in Confluence, but it does not require any software to be added to your Sakai as LTI is built in.
