[Deploying Sakai] Integrate Icodeon SCORM player with Sakai 2.9.3

Hi Neel, the integration from rSmart (Now Asahi) is still valid and 
should work, at least i made it work with an instance of Sakai 2.9.3

Did you purchase an Icodeon license?
