[Deploying Sakai] Reg ; Announcement Notification

Hi,
          I am having an issue in sending notification to users. When I
send notification to users in a course site, only users of* gmail and
hotmail are receiving their emails* and its not received by any other
domain users and also I dont see any error in the log file.

Am using SMTP from *Hostgator* hosting account.

please help me to fix this.
