[Deploying Sakai] Umusync 1.1 released

Dear Sakai Community,

I'm happy to announce that the University of Murcia has released a new 
version of the contrib tool Umusync 
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/UMUSYNC/

This tool has been helping us since our start with Sakai in the Fall of 
2010, and we know that it has helped other institutions since 2011 when 
it was contributed to the community. If you have any questions, feel 
free to ask. We hope that it can be also useful for you, it will make 
your life much easier when trying to change a permission in some sites, 
add a new tool to all existing sites...
