[Deploying Sakai] about the 1.5-fall2013 branch

I've changed the version from 1.5-SNAPSHOT to 1.5-fall2013. So if you're installing this over an existing tomcat, you will probably need to remove shared/lib/*lesson* to avoid having two different versions of the jar files.
