[Deploying Sakai] Seeking for informations

Good afternoon
 I'm a trainee in a training center in Information Technology and
Communication
for Education. I have to install Sakai in a host server and ensure it is
online,
but I'm a beginner with the e-learning stuff. So, i would like to ask you
some
questions:

1: can we customize the interface?? (change colors, add the acronym of the
center...)
2: Is Sakai compatible with the BIG BLUE BUTTON??
3: Can it be installed in an UBUNTU or CentOs servers??
