[Deploying Sakai] indexwork filling up the disk space

Hi Steve

I have deleted those files in indexwork already, but I kept the copy of
them in archive, incase if i need to put back.
The size is now 1.1GB, previously it filled up the 11GB partition when
sakai was running. So I am not sure how large it will grow.

We are running 2 nodes set up. The primary node, does not have issue of
instant growing of those index files, and the indexwork on that node is
1.8GB.

regards,
