[Deploying Sakai] indexwork filling up the disk space

This sounds like you're either going to have to turn off the search feature
search.enable = false

Or move the index directory to some drive that has more space.
Default is: localIndexBase at org.sakaiproject.search.api.JournalSettings
=${sakai.home}indexwork
