[Deploying Sakai] reg: tomcat startup failed

Hi,
    I moved a database and resources folder from machine A to machine B.
Machine A is using sakai-2.8.0 MEIS edition. And the machine B is using
sakai-2.8.0. Whats the difference between those two editions.

When i startup the tomcat i gets the below errors
