[Deploying Sakai] OAE: testing clustering

Clustering is a high priority for Berkeley as well. We were reluctant to launch our pilot without but did so because bugs that existed at that time. Now that those bugs have supposedly been fixed we're going to try again some time during September. 

We're more than happy to share our experiences.
