[Deploying Sakai] missing radio button

It's the same in Firefox IE 9 and Crome. If it's an old bug shouldn't it work in my revision that's fairly new 99485 (2.7.x)?
Last week I changed a couple of things in our start.html page in library/content and I forgot to add one end of a div-tag, can this somehow be related to the problem in "manage access"?
Do I have to restart tomcat for a div-tag in an HTML to work?

Can you replicate this in all browsers?

It sounds like a JavaScript hide/show bug that we fixed awhile ago.

This JIRA might be relevant: https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-20549

This week we discovered a problem with the "manage access" option in "sajt info". In all course sites two radio buttons were missing (se course_sites attachment). However in all of our project sites it works as before (se project_sites) and you can select "private" or "display in public site list". I have no idea of what have triggered this. We are using Sakai 2.7.x at revision 99485. Does anyone have any ideas about this, would be much appreciated!
